Job summary

Drucker + Falk, LLC is seeking a Maintenance/Service Technician for Montecito West in Raleigh, NC. Responsibilities include making-ready repairs, responding to on-call emergencies, and assisting with general property maintenance to ensure move-in readiness.

Requirements include HVAC knowledge with CFC certification preferred, plumbing/electrical/carpentry skills, and ability to work indoors/outdoors in all weather. On-site work and occasional after-hours support are required.

Qualifications

• HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry skills required or closely related.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs to make-ready units in a timely manner.
• Be on 24 hour on-call as scheduled by the Service Manager.
• Inspect property for improvements and repairs with the Service Manager.
• Perform work orders and respond to maintenance requests.
• Maintain grounds and inventory of maintenance materials.
• Ensure safe operation of all equipment and know shut-offs.
