Job summary

Drucker + Falk, LLC is seeking a Maintenance/Service Technician to perform make-ready repairs on vacant units prior to move-in. The position reports to the Service Manager and requires HVAC skills with CFC certification; an on-call schedule includes weekends and after-hours as needed.

You will handle plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks, operate work orders, assist with inventory, and maintain a clean, safe shop.

Qualifications

• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry skills.
• CFC certification required; 608 refrigerant certification preferred.
• Knowledge of SDS and OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs to make-ready units in a timely manner.
• Be on 24-hour on-call as scheduled by the Service Manager.
• Assist Service Manager, Housekeeper and Grounds staff as needed.
• Inspect property for improvements and repairs and review with the Service Manager.
• Maintain inventory control and utilization of maintenance materials.
• Complete work orders with same-day completion in mind.
• Ensure grounds are free of litter and the shop is kept clean.
