The role requires 1–3 years of maintenance experience, basic troubleshooting skills, and a working knowledge of electrical, plumbing or carpentry. A valid driver’s license is required, with certifications like EPA 608 encouraged and training completed within a year.

Qualifications

• Basic troubleshooting skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to various systems
• Valid state driver's license with clean record
• Certifications such as EPA 608, Boiler, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair within 9 months

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance support for general maintenance and orderliness of property including HVAC, mechanical, electrical, utilities and lighting systems; perform inspections and repairs
• Ensure compliance with company safety and environmental policies
• Deliver high resident satisfaction through professional, responsive service
• Work a rotating on-call schedule to provide 24/7 maintenance coverage
