Job summary

Drucker & Falk, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Lynnwood Park in Raleigh, NC. The role focuses on making-ready repairs to vacant units prior to move-in, with HVAC certified preferred and on-call responsibilities including weekends.

Responsibilities include responding to work orders, maintaining the property, assisting with inventory and safety compliance, and supporting the Service Manager and other staff as needed. High school diploma or GED required.

Qualifications

• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills required.
• Knowledge of SDS and OSHA regulations.
• 608 refrigerant certification preferred; training available if needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs to make-ready units in a timely manner.
• Be on 24-hour on-call as scheduled by the Service Manager, including weekends.
• Assist with inventory control and utilization of maintenance materials and supplies.
• Inspect property for improvements and repairs and review with the Service Manager.
• Maintain a clean and organized maintenance shop and wear a professional uniform.
• Respond to work orders and maintenance requests promptly; support other staff as needed.
• Be aware of safety policies; work with the Service Manager to ensure compliance.
