Job summary

Drucker + Falk's Montecito West property in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform make-ready repairs on vacant units and respond to on-call needs. The role reports to the Service Manager and requires hands-on trades skills.

Qualifications

• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills required or training provided.
• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 months related experience or training preferred.
• Current driver's license; CFC certificate where needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs to make-ready units in a timely manner.
• Respond to on-call paging as scheduled by the Service Manager.
• Assist with inventory control and maintenance materials.
• Inspect property for improvements and repairs with the Service Manager.
• Maintain grounds and ensure cleanliness; perform scheduled maintenance on equipment.
• Be available after hours on a rotating on-call basis.
