Job summary

Lynnwood Park in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform make-ready repairs on vacant units and assist with general maintenance duties. The role requires HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry capabilities and involves on-call responsibilities including weekends.

Adherence to safety policies and a professional appearance are essential. Responsibilities include completing work orders promptly, assisting with inventory and grounds upkeep, and coordinating with the Service

Qualifications

• HVAC, plumbing, carpentry and electrical skills are required or trainable.
• Knowledge of SDS and OSHA standards is preferred and safety-focused.
• Current driver’s license may be required for site access.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs to make-ready units in a timely manner.
• Be on 24 hour on-call as scheduled by the Service Manager, including weekends.
• Assist with inventory control and maintenance supplies.
• Inspect property for improvements and repairs and review with the Service Manager.
• Maintain a clean maintenance shop and ensure safety practices are followed.
• Respond to work orders and complete same-day requests when possible.
