Job summary

Lynnwood Park in Raleigh, NC seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform repairs on vacant units and support maintenance operations. The role requires 24-hour on-call coverage, including weekends, with responsibilities ranging from make-ready work to inventory control and coordination with the Service Manager.

Essential duties include repainting, basic plumbing/electrical work, and following maintenance policies.

Qualifications

• HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry skills required.
• CFC certificate where needed; training available for 608 refrigerant.
• Current driver's license; OSHA/MSDS knowledge noted.

Responsibilities

• Perform make-ready repairs to vacant units in a timely manner.
• Be on 24-hour on-call as scheduled by the Service Manager, including weekends.
• Assist the Service Manager/Housekeeper with related tasks and inventory control.
• Inspect property for improvements and repairs and review with the Service Manager.
