Job summary

Drucker + Falk in Knightdale, NC seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform make-ready repairs on vacant units and support on-site operations.

The role requires on-call duties, basic HVAC/plumbing/carpentry skills, and adherence to safety policies; on-site work includes both interior and exterior maintenance with a strong team spirit.

Experience with SDS/OSHA awareness and ability to use maintenance tools is preferred; certification in 608 refrigerant is a plus, with training provided.

Qualifications

• HVAC, plumbing, carpentry skills required.
• Knowledge of SDS and OSHA regulations.
• 608 refrigerant certification preferred; training available if needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs to make-ready units in a timely manner.
• Be on 24-hour on-call as scheduled by the Service Manager.
• Assist the Service Manager, Housekeeper, and Grounds staff as needed.
• Inspect property for improvements and repairs with the Service Manager.
• Maintain the maintenance shop and inventory of supplies.
