Job summary

The Lincoln is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Raleigh, NC. Responsible for making repairs to vacant units prior to move-in, and for on-call handling as scheduled by the Service Manager.

HVAC certification is preferred, with ability to perform general maintenance across plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks. Ideal candidates will maintain a clean work environment, assist with inventories, and ensure timely completion of work orders per policy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• HVAC knowledge and appropriate certifications preferred.
• Experience with maintenance tasks in rental properties is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform make-ready repairs to vacant units in a timely manner.
• Be on-call for after-hours duties as scheduled.
• Assist with inventory control and maintenance materials.
• Inspect property and coordinate with the Service Manager on improvements.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the maintenance shop.
• Follow safety policies and wear appropriate uniform.
