Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain general cleanliness and order of building facilities.
• Perform minor electrical repairs and handle plastering tasks.
• Be on call for emergencies.

Skills

Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical and carpentry trades

Strong customer service

Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Experience with Building Link and Log Check

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

FDNY Fire Safety Director certification preferred

OSHA 10-hour certificate
