Job summary

Arlington Properties, LLC is hiring a Maintenance Service Technician to prep vacants, manage work orders, and perform general maintenance across our communities. You’ll handle electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and painting tasks to keep units market-ready and common areas inviting.

You’ll also support preventative maintenance, respond to emergencies, and stay safety-focused in all activities. The role offers training, a collaborative team, and opportunities to develop hands-on skills while

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.).
• Proficiency in at least one major trade area.
• EPA certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Prep vacant apartments to market-ready condition.
• Handle work orders with skill, urgency, and a smile.
• Perform general maintenance including light plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC support, and appliance repair.
• Keep grounds and common areas clean and inviting.
• Support preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Stay on-call for emergency maintenance needs.
• Work safely, efficiently, and with pride—because your work matters.
