Job summary

Arlington Properties, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Service Technician to prep vacant apartments, handle work orders, and perform general maintenance across properties. You will fix plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC support, and appliance repairs while keeping grounds tidy and helping with preventative maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.).
• Proficiency in at least one major trade area.
• EPA certification is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all conditions.

Responsibilities

• Prep vacant apartments to market-ready condition.
• Handle work orders with skill, urgency, and a smile.
• Perform general maintenance including light plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC support, and appliance repair.
• Keep grounds and common areas clean and inviting.
• Support preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Stay on-call for emergency maintenance needs.
