Job summary

Arlington Properties is looking for a Maintenance Service Technician to prep vacant apartments, tackle work orders, and perform light maintenance across electrical, plumbing, painting, and HVAC tasks. You’ll keep the grounds inviting and support preventive maintenance, seasonal duties, and pool upkeep.

You will also be on-call for emergencies, contributing to resident satisfaction. With 1–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience and a valid driver’s license, you’ll join a training‑oriented

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.
• EPA certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Prep vacant apartments to market-ready condition.
• Handle work orders with skill and urgency.
• Perform general maintenance including light plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC support, and appliance repair.
• Keep grounds and common areas clean and inviting.
• Support preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Assist with snow removal, pool upkeep, and seasonal tasks.
• Remain on-call for emergency maintenance needs.
• Work safely, efficiently, and with pride.
