Job summary

Arlington Properties is seeking a Maintenance Service Technician to prep vacant apartments, handle work orders, and perform general maintenance including electrical, plumbing, painting, HVAC support, and appliance repair. You will help keep grounds and common areas clean and inviting while supporting preventative maintenance and inspections.

Eligible candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience; EPA certification is preferred and a valid

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
1–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience.
EPA certification preferred.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Prep vacant apartments to market-ready condition.
Handle work orders with urgency and a smile.
Perform general maintenance including light plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC support, and appliance repair.
Keep grounds and common areas clean and inviting.
Support preventative maintenance and inspections.
Stay on-call for emergency maintenance needs.
