Apartment Management Consultants is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep property buildings and grounds in top condition. This full-time on-site role requires hands-on repair, upkeep of vacant units, and on-call responsiveness.

You will handle tools, maintain supplies, and follow OSHA guidelines while ensuring safety and professional appearance. HVAC, plumbing, and electrical knowledge are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance/handyman tasks.
• Ability to operate various hand tools including power tools.
• Effective communication skills and safety awareness.
• Knowledge in HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Daily repair and upkeep of the property and vacant unit preparation.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Ensure necessary tools are on hand and report issues.
• Operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies.
• Be available to work on an on-call basis and handle 24-hour requests.
