Job summary

Coastal Ridge Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Technician for The Pointe Hilliard in Ohio. The role supports resident services, property upkeep and safety compliance in a full-time capacity reporting to the Property Manager.

You will handle maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliances, participate in an on-call rotation, and ensure high-quality unit turnovers and exterior upkeep for a welcoming community.

Qualifications

• General maintenance experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliances.
• EPA Type I and II certification preferred; may be required in some locations.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use maintenance management software.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests promptly, including after-hours and on-call duties.
• Perform unit turnovers and make-readies for new residents to meet move-in deadlines.
• Maintain exterior and common areas for a clean, welcoming environment.
• Perform pool maintenance and ensure health and safety compliance where applicable.
• Identify and address maintenance issues to minimize disruption and improve efficiency.
• Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety policies; report hazards promptly.
• Use tools and supplies safely and maintain inventory of equipment.
• Collaborate with teams to meet property goals and maintain professionalism.
