Job summary

Coastal Ridge Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our on-site team at a Columbus, OH community. This full-time role supports property upkeep, resident requests, and safety compliance, reporting to the Property Manager.

You will perform turnovers, exterior maintenance, and pool care where applicable while adhering to OSHA and safety policies. EPA certification is preferred, with basic English communication expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven maintenance experience across HVAC, electrical and plumbing.
• Must be able to operate standard maintenance software and email.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely completion of resident service requests, including after-hours emergencies.
• Perform unit turnovers and make-readies to meet move-in deadlines.
• Maintain exterior and common areas for a clean, safe environment.
• Conduct pool maintenance and comply with health and safety standards where applicable.
• Identify and address maintenance issues to minimize disruptions.
• Follow OSHA standards and report hazards to management.
