Job summary

Coastal Ridge Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support a luxury apartment community in Columbus, OH. You will handle resident service requests, turnovers, and proactive upkeep of common areas to maintain a high standard of living.

This full-time, non-exempt role reports to the Property Manager and requires basic English, physical ability, and reliability for on-call duties; EPA certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; EPA Type I/II preferred.
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances advantageous.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate with residents and team.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests timely, including after-hours needs.
• Turnover units and prepare readies to meet move-in deadlines.
• Maintain exterior and common areas, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Perform pool maintenance and ensure health and safety standards where applicable.
• Identify issues proactively and uphold OSHA standards and safety policies.
