Job summary

Pivotal Housing Partners LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support Monaca Lofts in Monaca, PA and LG Lofts in New Castle, PA. This full-time role involves routine maintenance, emergency response, and strong customer service for our residents across two properties.

You’ll manage work orders via a Maintenance Mobile app, ensure safety and cleanliness, and coordinate with the team to keep properties in top condition. This is an on-site position with on-call shifts and potential OT.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• HVAC training and certification preferred.
• Commitment to regular attendance (may include weekend and OT hours).
• Ability to be on‑call for emergencies.
• Ability to receive, manage, and close work orders by using smartphone applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to residents.
• Complete resident work orders on a timely basis (24 to 48-hour expectation).
• Broad knowledge of general maintenance: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry.
• Assist with court-ordered “set-outs” when necessary.
• Perform unit turnover between residents per company standards (3-5 days).
• Maintain grounds and curb appeal.
• Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
• Be responsive to on-call emergencies.
