Job summary

Merion Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform diversified maintenance across its communities. You will install, troubleshoot, and repair equipment, follow preventive maintenance schedules, and ensure safety standards are met.

You will inspect vacant units, manage turnovers, and assist with training junior technicians while responding to on-call emergencies and maintaining resident relations.

Qualifications

• 2 years of maintenance or construction experience.
• HVAC experience preferred.
• EPA certification required or obtained within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform diversified maintenance tasks to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment.
• Follow preventative maintenance programs and safety guidelines.
• Respond to on-call emergencies and inspections.
• Inspect units, common areas, and grounds; perform turnovers and paint as needed.
• Supervise quality of work by subcontractors and document findings.
