Wallick Communities is seeking a maintenance professional for a Full-Time on-site role at Villages at Roll Hill in Cincinnati, OH. The position includes rotating on-call emergency duties and a pay rate of $18-$20 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1 year of maintenance experience with plumbing and/or electrical knowledge.
• Dependable with a good work ethic and reliable transportation.
• Strong commitment to resident service and quality repairs.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders using our technology to complete tasks quickly and accurately.
• Manage unit turns and prepare units for new residents.
• Respond to emergencies, including on-call shifts when needed.
• Maintain high standards for community upkeep and proper documentation.
• Stay up to date on required certifications for the role.
