Job summary

Wallick Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Four Pointe location in Richmond, KY. This full-time role includes 24/7 on-call responsibilities and a pay rate of $21–$24 per hour, based on experience.

You will perform work orders, prep units for new residents, handle emergencies, and maintain high standards across our affordable housing communities. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and at least one year of maintenance experience with plumbing or electrical

Qualifications

At least 1 year of maintenance work with some plumbing and/or electrical knowledge.
A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a great work ethic.
Commitment to providing excellent customer service, clear communication, and quality repairs.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and solve issues as they arise.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Complete Work Orders: Use our technology to handle maintenance tasks quickly and accurately.
Manage Unit Turns: Prepare units for new residents as directed by the community leader.
Handle Emergencies: Respond to emergency maintenance calls, including on-call shifts when needed.
Maintain High Standards: Keep our communities in top shape and document your work properly.
Stay Certified: Maintain any required certifications for the role.
