Qualifications

• Experience: At least 1 year of maintenance work with some plumbing and/or electrical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Complete Work Orders using our maintenance tech tools.
• Manage Unit Turns to prepare units for new residents as directed by leadership.
• Handle Emergencies and on-call shifts as needed.
• Maintain high standards and document work accurately.
• Stay certified with required role certifications.
