Job summary

Wallick Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support Almond Village and Valleyview Village in Dayton, OH. You will perform routine maintenance, respond to work orders, and help prepare units for new residents.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of maintenance experience with plumbing and/or electrical knowledge.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and solve issues as they arise.
• On-call shifts and emergency maintenance responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Complete Work Orders using our maintenance system.
• Manage Unit Turns to ready units for new residents.
• Handle Emergencies, including on-call responses.
• Maintain High Standards across Wallick communities.
• Stay Certified with required licenses/certifications.
