Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance (1+ year) with plumbing/electrical knowledge.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Customer-focused with clear communication and quality repairs.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and solve issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders using our maintenance system.
• Manage unit turns for new residents.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls, including on-call shifts.
• Maintain high standards and document work.
• Stay certified and up-to-date with required certifications.
