Qualifications

• At least 1 year of maintenance work with plumbing and/or electrical knowledge.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-service orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Complete Work Orders using our maintenance software.
• Manage Unit Turns and prepare units for new residents.
• Handle emergencies and participate in on-call shifts when needed.
• Maintain high standards and document work accurately.
• Stay up-to-date with required certifications.
