Job summary

ZRS Management LLC seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead on-site maintenance, ensuring timely service, safety, and asset care across properties. You will coordinate turn-overs, supervise staff, and oversee preventive maintenance while maintaining high resident satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. On-call hours and occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and proof of automobile insurance.
• HVAC certification preferred; if required at a specific property, certification must be obtained within 90 days of the employment start date.
• Maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and efficient service calls per policy.
• On-call service as determined by Property Manager.
• Schedule and turn vacant units within 3–5 business days.
• Perform light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and masonry repairs.
• Maintain common areas and pool(s)/Jacuzzi(s).
• Train other maintenance staff and assist vendor selection.
• Maintain accurate logs and support preventive maintenance programs.
• Inspect work of contractors and ensure insurance compliance.
