Job summary

The Maintenance Supervisor position at ZRS MANAGEMENT manages maintenance for a high-rise property in Dallas, reporting to the Property Manager. The role emphasizes prompt service, preventive maintenance, and the upkeep of common areas, pools, and units, with on-site supervision of staff and contractors.

The job requires hands-on trade skills (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances), strong communication, and willingness to work on-call and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• EPA certification preferred; if required at a specific property, certification must be obtained within 90 days.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Perform light electrical, plumbing, carpentry and masonry repairs.
• Schedule apartment turns and maintain preventive maintenance program.
• Inspect and approve work of outside contractors.
• Maintain common areas, pools/Jacuzzi s and logbooks.
• Assist in vendor selection and budgeting.
• Walk move-outs with Property Manager to determine repair costs.
• On-call hours and weekends as determined by Property Manager.
