Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team across our properties in Salinas, CA. You will oversee daily maintenance tasks, coordinate vendor work, ensure safety policy compliance, and prepare units for occupancy.

The role requires HVAC, plumbing, and electrical knowledge, supervisory experience, and the ability to work with internal and external contacts. Benefits include health, 401(k), and paid time off; full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• HVAC, plumbing, and electrical knowledge required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks and schedule work.
• Interview, screen, and assist in hiring maintenance/housekeeping/grounds staff as needed.
• Train service staff and ensure safety policies are followed.
• Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor work.
• Ensure OSHA standards and company safety policies are met.
• Respond to service requests and 24-hour on-call needs.
