Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep of properties in Merced, CA. Responsibilities include daily repairs, unit turnover, inventory management, and on-call responsiveness to service requests.

The ideal candidate has HVAC, plumbing, and electrical knowledge, experience in property maintenance, and the ability to operate power tools. OSHA safety standards apply, with a professional appearance and on-site work expected.

Qualifications

• HVAC, plumbing and electrical knowledge required.
• Property maintenance/handyman experience preferred.
• Ability to operate various hand tools including power tools.

Responsibilities

• Daily repair and upkeep of property and vacant unit prep.
• Maintain and inventory supplies and equipment; ensure tools are on hand.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding property or residents.
