Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia is seeking an On-Call Concierge to join our Guest Experience team. Our Concierge responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guests’ needs and requests; adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with Four Seasons’ policies.

The role requires hospitality experience, outstanding interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, luxury retail, or a guest-facing environment preferred.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to service excellence.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computer systems and hospitality software applications.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism during check-in and check-out.
• Respond to guest requests, inquiries, and concerns in a timely and personalized manner.
• Provide recommendations on local attractions, dining, entertainment, transportation, and hotel services.
• Coordinate guest requests, special occasions, room amenities, and personalized arrangements.
• Process guest mail, packages, messages, and deliveries accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local events, activities, and points of interest.
• Store and retrieve guest luggage and packages as needed.
• Utilize hotel systems and software to manage reservations, guest preferences, and billing accurately.
