Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia is seeking an On Call Spa Attendant to join our spa team. The role focuses on maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the spa, fitness center, and pool facilities while delivering a welcoming guest experience.

Reporting to Spa Leadership, you will restock amenities, assist guests with inquiries, and ensure all areas meet Four Seasons standards of cleanliness, safety, and luxury.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional, and personalized experience.
• Assist guests with spa, fitness, and hotel-related inquiries.
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the spa, fitness center, locker rooms, and pool areas.
• Set up and replenish amenities, linens, refreshments, and guest supplies throughout the day.
• Complete daily opening and closing responsibilities to brand standards.
• Support retail operations and maintain merchandise displays.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure all areas meet Four Seasons standards of cleanliness, safety, and luxury.
