Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia is seeking a Greeter to join our Security team. This role creates a welcoming, organized arrival experience for guests and verifies reservations through our electronic system during high-volume periods. It works closely with Security to maintain a safe, guest-focused environment.

The Greeter will communicate entry policies clearly, respond to inquiries, and support a positive guest experience while upholding Four Seasons' exceptional service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and guest service skills.
• Comfort using computers and electronic reservation systems.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, security, or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
• A professional presence, positive attitude, and commitment to exceptional service.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests with professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality.
• Manage guest queues and maintain an organized flow during peak business periods.
• Verify reservations and guest access using an electronic reservation system.
