Job summary

The Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia is seeking an On Call Male Spa Attendant to join our Spa team. You will welcome guests, respond to all inquiries and is knowledgeable about treatments, retail products, services; retrieves, delivers, and sets-up all supplies, including linen and amenities, ensures compliance of daily opening and closing checklists, prepares items for the refreshment stations.

Ensure cleanliness of overall space including spa, fitness, and pool areas.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle all guest interactions with professionalism
• Strong ability to multi-task
• Work authorization in the United States

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and respond to inquiries with hospitality
• Be knowledgeable about treatments, retail products and services
• Retrieve, deliver and set up all supplies including linen and amenities
• Ensure daily opening and closing checklists are followed and spaces stay clean
