Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT preferred; 6+ years of relevant experience may substitute for a degree.
• Experience with Windows Desktop OS (Windows 10/11).
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment with extended hours and rotating shifts; on-call rotation.
• Experience with Office 365 and Azure; MAC OSX knowledge is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Resolve IT support requests with Nivel IT team and users, including remote sites.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve network and systems problems.
• Support client-end systems in-house and remote; ensure issues are resolved end-to-end.
• Define and implement support processes; participate in software upgrades and enhancements.
• Document solutions and procedures; travel to remote locations as needed.
