Job summary

Corporate Traffic is seeking a hands-on Systems Administrator to keep our Jacksonville offices and national teams running smoothly. You will own day-to-day IT operations, work with technology vendors, and help roll out tools used to move freight. Reports to the Director of Technology.

Location on-site in Jacksonville, FL with occasional travel for branch setups. You will manage access, devices, licenses and policies across Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune, plus provide remote support for users

Qualifications

Degree in IT or related field or equivalent hands-on experience.
Experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, networking basics and VPN.
Ability to own problems to resolution and document steps taken.

Responsibilities

Own the help desk and close tickets for on-site and remote users.
Onboard/offboard employees, including access removal.
Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune: accounts, licenses, devices and policies.
Support Azure resources, including certificate renewals, VPN and app service restarts.
Support TruckMate users (RDP, VPN, printing) and escalate to TMS vendor as needed.
Be the day-to-day contact for MSPs and other vendors.
Manage software licenses and seats and prune unused ones.
Maintain RingCentral and Brivo building access.
Set up workstations, conference rooms and equipment; assist with branch moves.
Maintain system inventory and ownership records; test and roll out new systems.
Document procedures and ensure knowledge transfer.
