Job summary

Procure Analytics, a tech-enabled global purchasing organization for MRO supplies, is seeking a part-time Support Engineer (Junior Systems Administrator) in Atlanta. You will be the first point of contact for IT requests, administering software, hardware, and server systems for the Atlanta team and an overseas office.

You will handle end-user support, workstation maintenance, AD/365/Azure tasks, backups, and security-related initiatives, while collaborating with teams across the company.

Qualifications

• Must be local to the Atlanta area.
• Strong customer and people skills across email, Microsoft Teams, phone, and in person.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Clear, concise documentation habits.
• Detail oriented with strong follow-up and follow-through.
• Familiarity with AI tools and their security and privacy considerations.

Responsibilities

• End-user software and hardware support.
• Workstation deployment, maintenance, and repair.
• Microsoft 365, Azure, and on-premises Active Directory administration.
• Monitoring backups across technology platforms.
• IT project support and task management.
• Security initiatives support, including endpoint protection, patch compliance, MFA enrollment, and access reviews.
• Collaborating with business units to deliver solutions.
