Job summary
Noblesoft Technologies Inc. is seeking a hands-on IT Technician for on-site support in Holland, MI.
You will perform IMACD tasks, imaging, software provisioning, and end-user hardware deployments in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong troubleshooting, AD and GPO management, SCCM usage, remote desktop support, and excellent customer service as you address desktop, laptop, and mobile device issues.
Qualifications
- Experience performing IMACD tasks and IT asset management.
- Ability to troubleshoot End users IT issues in desktops, laptops, mobile devices.
- Proficient in imaging OS deployment and software provisioning.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Familiar with Active Directory, GPO, and SCCM processes.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform equipment moves.
Responsibilities
- Perform IMACD tasks including installs, moves, adds, changes, and disposals.
- Provision and support desktop hardware and peripherals at end-user sites.
- Coordinate IMACD activities with IT teams and customers.
- Document work in ticketing systems and update knowledge articles.
- Travel to nearby sites as needed; provide post-IMAC validations.
