Job summary

CompucomStaffing, a division of CompuCom Systems, is seeking an IMAC Technician to join the team onsite in Waukesha, WI and provide end-user support. The role involves imaging, setup, deployment, and asset tracking while maintaining professional communication with customers and colleagues.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in PC hardware/software support, experience with imaging/deploying, and familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems. Local Waukesha area applicants preferred.

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of experience supporting PC hardware and software.
Understanding of desktop support for imaging, deploying, and troubleshooting PCs.
Experience with a ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow).
Customer-facing experience.
Ability to train quickly on procedures and maintain IT knowledge base.
Windows 10/11 experience.
Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Performs IMAC project work – imaging / setting up / deployment / SNOW for asset tracking – some basic troubleshooting during deployment.
Represents the company in a professional and businesslike manner and communicates effectively with customers and associates.
Interacts with customers, responding to routine technical questions or requests for information.
Escalates problems and issues to a higher level of support if unable to resolve.
