Job summary

AdvisaCare is seeking a compassionate on-call Hospice RN to join our team serving the Saginaw, Bay City, and Midland areas. The role includes triaging patient calls, making patient visits, performing tuck-ins, and handling admissions as needed.

Applicants must hold a current Michigan RN license in good standing; hospice experience is preferred but not required. We offer flexible scheduling, 401K, medical benefits, PTO, ongoing training, and a rewarding work environment.

Qualifications

• Current Michigan RN license in good standing.
• 1 year hospice experience preferred but not required
• Empathetic approach to patients and caregivers
• Participate in field visits daily, weekly office meetings as indicated
• Ability to adapt to patient status and needs on a on call basis
