AdvisaCare is seeking an on-call Hospice On Call Nurse in Michigan to join our Hospice Family serving Saginaw, Bay City, and Midland areas. The RN will triage calls, visit patients, perform tuck-ins, and handle Admissions as needed, delivering compassionate, organized care.

Requirements include current Michigan RN license and hospice experience preferred. The role offers flexible scheduling, comprehensive benefits, and supportive 24/7 staffing.

Qualifications

• Current Michigan RN license in good standing.
• 1 year hospice experience preferred but not required.
• Empathetic approach to patients and caregivers.
• Participate in field visits daily and weekly meetings as indicated.
• Ability to adapt to patient’s status and needs on a on call basis.

Responsibilities

• Triage patient calls and determine priority.
• Make patient visits and perform tuck-ins.
• Handle Admissions as needed.
