Job summary

AdvisaCare is seeking a Hospice On Call Nurse to support the Macomb, Oakland, and Wayne County areas. The role involves triaging calls, conducting patient visits, and admissions as needed, all while delivering compassionate hospice care.

Ideal candidates hold a Michigan RN license, with hospice experience preferred. Flexible scheduling and a rewarding environment are highlighted in the opportunity.

Qualifications

• Current Michigan RN License in good standing.
• 1 year hospice experience preferred but not required.
• Empathetic approach to patients and caregivers.
• Participate in field visits daily, weekly office meetings as indicated.
• Ability to adapt to patient’s status and needs on a on call basis.

Responsibilities

• Triage patient calls, make patient visits, preform tuck-ins, and do Admissions as needed.
