Job summary

AdvisaCare is seeking compassionate On-Call Hospice Nurses to join our team servicing the Macomb, Oakland and Wayne County areas. Seven days on, seven days off shifts are available, offering a rewarding opportunity for nurses with hospice experience.

Responsibilities include triaging patient calls, making visits, performing tuck-ins, and admissions as needed. Michigan RN license in good standing and flexibility for on-call coverage are required; hospice experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Current Michigan RN license in good standing.
• Hospice experience preferred but not required.
• Empathetic approach to patients and caregivers.
• Participate in field visits daily, weekly office meetings as indicated.
• Ability to adapt to patient status and needs on a on call basis.
