AdvisaCare in Michigan is seeking On Call Hospice Nurses to join our Hospice Team, delivering compassionate, patient-centered care in the home setting.

Responsibilities include triaging calls, visiting patients, tuck-ins, and managing admissions as needed. An active RN license is required; hospice experience is preferred but not mandatory. Be ready for field visits and weekly team meetings.

Qualifications

• Current state RN License in good standing.
