Job summary

AdvisaCare is seeking compassionate Hospice On Call Nurses to join our team serving the Saginaw, Bay City and Midland areas in Michigan. Positions available include 7on/7off, or other schedules such as Monday-Thursday or weekends, with flexible options for the right candidate.

Responsibilities include triaging patient calls, making patient visits, admissions, and occasional tuck-ins while delivering high-quality end-of-life care in the home setting.

Qualifications

• Current Michigan RN License in good standing.
• 1 year hospice experience preferred but not required.
• Empathetic approach to patients and caregivers.
• Participate in field visits daily, weekly office meetings as indicated.
• Ability to adapt to patient’s status and needs on a on call basis.
