Job summary

AdvisaCare is seeking a compassionate Hospice On Call Nurse for Genesee and Lapeer County areas in Michigan. You will triage patient calls, make visits, perform tuck-ins, and assist with admissions as needed.

Current Michigan RN license in good standing is required; 1 year hospice experience is preferred but not required. On-call duties require flexibility and an empathetic approach to patients and families.

Qualifications

• Participate in field visits daily, weekly office meetings as indicated.
