Job summary

Three Oaks Hospice, Inc. in North Dallas region is seeking an On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team delivering skilled nursing care in patients' homes.

You will coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, patients, families, and referring agencies, ensuring compassionate, high-quality care. RN licensing, CPR, and at least two years of clinical RN experience are required; hospice/home health experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Associate or bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Current state license as an RN and CPR certification.
• Two years’ RN experience in a clinical care setting; hospice/home health preferred.
• Proficient in computer use; MS Office experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to support patients and families.
• Demonstrate skill in nursing practice and coping with family emotional stress.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled nursing care for clients in their place of residence.
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, patient/family, and referring agency.
