Job summary

Three Oaks Hospice, Inc. is seeking an On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes across the North Dallas area. You will coordinate with the interdisciplinary team and families to ensure compassionate, effective care.

The role requires an active RN license, CPR, and 2 years of clinical experience; hospice or home health preferred. You will need strong computer skills and a patient-centered approach to support families through difficult times.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Associate or bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Current state license as an RN and valid driver’s license.
• Two years’ RN experience in a clinical care setting; hospice or home health experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Proficient computer skills; Microsoft Office experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to provide effective support to the patient and family.
• Demonstrate skill in nursing practice, ability to cope with family emotional stress and tolerance of individual lifestyles.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled nursing care for clients in their place of residence.
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, patient/family and referring agency.
• Coordinate of care as assigned by the team lead.
