Job summary

AdvisaCare is seeking an on-call Weekend Hospice Nurse to join our Kent County area team. You will triage calls, visit patients, and assist with admissions and tuck-ins while providing compassionate end-of-life care.

Current Michigan RN license in good standing and hospice experience are preferred. This role offers flexible scheduling, strong support, and opportunities for specialized training within a private duty/home health division.

Qualifications

• Current Michigan RN License in good standing.
• 1 year hospice experience preferred but not required.
• Empathetic approach to patients and caregivers.
• Participate in field visits daily, weekly office meetings as indicated.
• Ability to adapt to patient's status and needs on a weekend on call basis.
