AdvisaCare is seeking a Hospice On Call Nurse to support the Macomb, Oakland, and Wayne County areas. The role involves triaging calls, conducting patient visits, and admissions as needed, all while delivering compassionate hospice care.

Qualifications

• 1 year hospice experience preferred but not required.
